DAVANTI is a brand specializing in design consulting for premium restaurant kitchens and their connected dining room operations.
The company’s foundation lies in Finland and is built upon the strong design skills, project management experience, architectural thinking, and kitchen industry knowledge of kitchen designer Jouni Heinonen.
His long-standing career encompasses numerous unique spatial designs for both high-end restaurants and significant government buildings.

The longest-standing Michelin-starred restaurant in Finland has been operating on Uudenmaankatu in Helsinki since 2003. In October 2024, the new premises opened in Ruoholahti.

Finnish Embassies in Paris
The kitchen renovation design for the Finnish Embassies in Paris was commissioned entirely from Davanti Finland. The comprehensive solution ensured the best possible result.


In collaboration with Bocuse d’Or Team Finland
DAVANTI acted as sponsor, kitchen designer and technical support for the Finnish representatives of the prestigious Bocuse d’Or cooking competition between 2013 and 2020.
- Designing completely new kitchen equipment, prototypes and tools for training and competition, according to the needs of the competitors.
